Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing and adapting processes related to the forward planning of the revenue and deal pipeline
Maintaining relationships with the Sales teams to communicate priorities and ensure closed-loop feedback between Sales and other departments
Ensuring efficient execution of the deal pipeline generated by the Sales team
Developing and implementing processes to ensure efficient forward planning
Co-ordinating all departments involved in deal pipeline generation and execution in high-pressure situations involving last-minute schedule changes
Required attributes:
3 years experience in a fast-paced high-pressure environment (including consulting firms start-ups PE/VC investment banks advisory large corporate etc.)
Strong problem solving experience especially in a process or corporate environment
High attention to detail
Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to maintain good relationships with many people in high pressure situations
Team leadership experience
Bachelors and/or Masters degree from reputable university
