We are seeking a skilled Revenue AutomationManager to perform the revenue systemimplementation and data conversion for our revenueautomation consulting area. The candidate will play acritical role in supporting our clients by ensuringcompliance with accounting standards implementingrevenue recognition system and data conversionoptimizing revenue recognition processes and drivingcross-functional collaboration to achieve businessobjectives.
As a Manager you will work as part of a team ofproblem solvers and help clients solve their complexbusiness issues from strategy to execution.
The candidate will report to an AC Senior AC team works as an extension of our overseasEngagement Teams and works closely with thoseteams as well as clients directly.

Requirements:
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Leading the implementation of revenuerecognition standards (e.g. ASC 606/IFRS 15)across the organization including assessingimpacts developing implementation plansand executing implementation activities.
Conduct detailed reviews of existing revenuerecognition processes data and systems toidentify gaps inefficiencies and areas forimprovement.
Conduct detailed workshops with the businessand IT team to understand the revenuearrangements and complete data and systemuse cases for representative revenuearrangements.
Strong understanding of business processessystems and controls related to revenuerecognition.
Experience with Revenue Managementsystems (e.g. Zuora Revenue Oracle RMCS)Alteryx SQL Microsoft Visio preferred.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability toassess complex issues identify solutions andmake recommendations.
Effective communication skills with the abilityto communicate complex concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability tobuild relationships and collaborate effectivelywith clients stakeholders at all levels of theorganization.
Perform basic review activities and providecoaching to junior team members incompleting their tasks.
Functional Skills:
Hands on experience with Data managementas per business requirements for Analytics.
Experience in dealing with financial data anddata analytics for business processes.
Experience in performing data transformationdata quality checks and data blending.
Demonstrates good knowledge andunderstanding of performing on project teamsand providing deliverables.
Involving multiphase data analysis related tothe evaluation of compliance finance and riskissues.
Technical Tools:
Must have:
Working experience of RMS- Zuora OracleRMCS
Hands-on experience with MS-SQL / ACL orother structured query language.
Demonstrates good knowledge and/or a provenrecord of success leveraging data manipulationand analysis technologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint.
Demonstrates knowledge in Excel and itsfunctionality.
Good to Have:

Experience in a similar role in their currentprofile.
Strong understanding of business processessystems and controls related to revenuerecognition.
Experience working on cross-functionalprojects or initiatives with a proven trackrecord of successful implementations.
Strong accounting knowledge and experiencein dealing with financial data are a plus.
Knowledge of Azure Databricks / Alteryx /Python
Demonstrates thorough knowledge and / orproven record of success leveraging data
visualization tools such as Power BI andTableau.
Education/Qualification
Bachelors degree in Accounting andInformation System or a related field
7-9 years of experience in relevant roles with afocus on revenue recognition preferably in apublic accounting firm or a large corporation
CPA or equivalent certification
