What role you will play in our team
As an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering Student you will provide technical support for Imperials Upstream assets.
What you will do
- Provide engineering expertise and support for safe and reliable operations maintenance work and projects for Kearl Cold Lake and conventional assets
- Prepare engineering assessments and engineering designs conduct trouble-shooting and root cause failure analyses
- Develop engineering solutions to address and rectify issues
- Manage long term equipment improvement initiatives
About you
Skills and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a BSc or MSc degree in electrical engineering
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
- Valid class 5 drivers license and safe driving record
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment
- Enthusiasm for gaining and sharing knowledge
- Preference for domain knowledge in instrument & electrical activities
- Work schedule: Full time position
Start date: January 2026
Work Term: 12 months

Eligibility to work in Canada
