Job Summary
Site Manager Stellenbosch
A leading building contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering two high-profile projects:
- A large residential development in Stellenbosch
- A Shopping Centre development
- Full on-site management ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors site staff and suppliers
- Enforce health safety and environmental regulations on site
- Oversee daily site operations planning and scheduling
- Liaise with clients consultants and project managers to ensure smooth progress and resolve issues efficiently
- Manage site administration reporting and progress meetings
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential and/or commercial building projects
- Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and methodologies
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Relevant tertiary qualification or trade background advantageous
- Valid drivers license and own transport essential
