Job Description
Planner Supply Chain Cape Town (Northern Suburbs)
Location: Cape Town Western CapeIndustry: Homewares Retail E-commerce Wholesale
Salary: R480 000 R540 000 CTC per annum
Join a fast-growing design-led homewares brand with a strong footprint across retail e-commerce and wholesale. Were looking for aPlanner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a sharp analytical mindset to drive forecasting inventory optimisation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate demand forecasts using sales trends and market data
- Manage inventory levels to balance availability and cost
- Analyse data and generate reports to support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning strategies
- Use ERP systems (e.g. Odoo SAP JDA) to streamline operations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics or related field
- 3 years experience in demand planning or inventory management
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Retail or homewares industry experience is advantageous
