As People Business Partner to our Customer Organization youll take on a diverse role: coaching leaders from line managers to C-level rolling up your sleeves on both tactical and operational execution and driving projects that boost engagement leadership and culture.

Weve already achieved a lot but theres more to come. Youll join a global P&C team thats engaged above average informal and not least ambitious a team that leads with both heart and mind. Based in Copenhagen youll support our Customer organization spread across Europe.


What You Will Be Doing

    • Partner with leaders (incl. C-level) on org design workforce planning and team effectiveness engagement and performance.
    • Coach and challenge managers on leadership change employee cases and more.
    • Own annual wheel P&C deliverables in the Customer organization ensuring theyre rolled out smoothly and add value.
    • Own and contribute to projects. We continue to evolve our roadmap but examples are developing employee learning journeys creating policies or experimenting with AI in learning and development and in P&C processes to help create a smooth employee experience.


    What You Bring to the Table

    • Curiosity and initiative meaning you turn problems into experiments and ideas into action.
    • While we have a solid foundation in place you thrive in environments where things are still being built and you can put your mark on future initiatives.
    • Youre comfortable pushing leaders (and peers) with insights grounded in data empathy and business sense.
    • You most likely have experience working in an international setting and have a natural flair for connecting with our colleagues regardless of their background.


    Your Skills & Experience

    We imagine you might have:

    • 4 years as a People Business Partner or similar (generalist) HR role.
    • Experience from a scale-up and/or a larger corporate - you know the pace of building but also the structure that comes from maturity.
    • A strong foundation in HR practices and comfortable working broadly across employee and manager support.
    • Curiosity on or experience with how AI and modern learning platforms (e.g. Viva Learning) can be used to design employee learning paths and make knowledge easier to access.
    • Coaching and communication skills paired with a customer-first mindset that keeps you close to the business.
