Were looking for a passionate data-drivenTech Recruiter to join our global Talent Acquisition team. Youll play a critical role in helping us scale our product teams identifying top-tier talent and shaping an inclusive candidate experience across borders.

Youll work closely with business leaders hiring managers and cross-functional partners to drive full-cycle recruitment strategies and bring in exceptional talent that shares our mission and values.

We understand that execution is the key to success and optimize processes to remove bottlenecks.

As a Tech Recruiter youre expected to:

  • Own and drive full-cycle recruitment for tech roles (engineering product analytics) across LATAM.
  • Build strong consultative partnerships with hiring managers understanding their needs and advising on best hiring practices.
  • Source and engage passive candidates through creative channels and market research.
  • Deliver high-touch candidate experiences that reflect Nubanks values of transparency empathy and simplicity.
  • Use data and metrics to inform recruiting strategies and continuously improve pipeline health and process efficiency.
  • Partner with employer branding people analytics and HR teams to align hiring efforts with business goals.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • 6 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting ideally in fast-paced product-driven companies.
  • A strong understanding of the tech talent landscape especially in Brazil and LATAM.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter Gem etc.).
  • Passion for candidate experience inclusive hiring and employer brand.
  • Advanced English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Nice to have:

  • Experience recruiting across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Previous exposure to fintech or hypergrowth environments.
