Job Summary

What will you do
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process in LATAM
- Implement targeted attraction strategies using job boards social media and other platforms.
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to evaluate candidates skills and compatibility.
- Ensure a memorable candidate experience from start to finish.
- Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager and seasoned TA Partners to refine sourcing techniques.
- Provide insights on recruitment trends and best practices.
- Drive the hiring process efficiently meeting our KPIs
What do you need
Required:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- Advanced English & Spanish skills
- Previous experience working in recruitment positions
Desirable:
- Previous experience in business-facing HR HR COE HR Operations or related roles is a plus
- Previous experience in consultant agencies or multinational companies
