Job Description

- Support individuals with daily living skills: hygiene meal planning shopping and budgeting.
- Assist with medical needs including medication administration and appointments.
- Complete daily logs (T-Logs) and ensure accurate documentation for Person-Centered Plans.
- Help with household tasks and report maintenance needs.
- Provide companionship emotional support and behavioral coaching.
- Transport individuals to community outings day programs and appointments.
- Full-time part-time and PRN roles available.
- Shifts typically run 8 hours across all days and times.
- Onsite training: 2 weeks MondayFriday 8:00 am4:30 pm required before scheduling begins.
- Some roles may include differential pay for behavioral medical or weekend shifts.
