What Youll Do:

Work closely with Family Changemaking Program Manager to develop strategy and key approach in mainstreaming Everyone a Changemaker (EACH) movement.
Help to managing co-creation and co-leadership with workflow and deliverables between Ashoka and key partners.
Provide technical assistance for Purpose 1 Team (Children and Empathyand Family Changemaking) from initiation to closure for multiple and simultaneous projects.
Active involvement in facilitating a routine of regular two-way engagements: discussions idea-exchange forum networking spaces events etc. with key partners related stakeholders including local regional and global networks.
Maintain tracking and reporting project status database and consistently deliver on time and within budget.
Active involvement in fostering healthy relationships at cross-functional organization; facilitate trust positive team morale communication and conflict resolution.
Provide assistance for Purpose 1 team in handling ongoing stakeholder engagement and ensuring improvement of the journey in liaison with other partners

What You Bring:

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Required 1-2years of prior experience program development and implementation.
Strong facilitation skills
Ability to work on own initiative proactively and independently and under minimalsupervision.
Strong organizational project management and problem-solving skills.
Youre highly organized detail-oriented and able to set clear guidelines and deadlines.

Ethical Fiber:Exceptionally strong ethical behavior. Is self-reflective and has strong empathy skills. Trustworthy.
Self-Definition:The person expects that changing the world in big ways and on a continental scale is what he/she will do in life.
