Get to Know the Role

The City Lead owns the end-to-end performance for Banjarmasin leading city execution and continuous improvement across demand generation supply reliability resource allocation and growth programs. This role partners with teams to deliver sustainable growth and outstanding customer experience in the city. Reporting to the Assistant Manager you will be based onsite in our Banjarmasin office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Develop city-level strategies and roadmaps to improve outcomes in Banjarmasin.
• Implement marketing campaigns to boost acquisition awareness and frequency; localize national programs with city-specific offers.
• Ensure supply reliability by balancing sufficiency engagement and quality through targeted activities and monitoring main metrics.
• Improve resource allocation and budgets while ensuring compliance and maximizing Return on investment.
• Identify pilot and scale growth opportunities partnerships and experiments for sustainable city expansion.

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelors degree (S1) from relevant background
• At least 3 years of experience in operations marketing or partnerships; multi-vertical experience.
• Proficient in Excel/SQL/BI tools for data-driven actions.
• Experience in managing stakeholders and leading teams.
• Experienced in Return on investment-focused planning and budget ownership.
• Proficient in English both verbal and written
