About the Job:
The Content Creator Global Brand Creative is responsible for partnering closely with the Art Director Social to bring a cohesive elevated visual and storytelling vision to life across multiple social media touchpoints.
Were looking for a creative trend-savvy and culturally plugged-in content creator to develop engaging on-brand content across our social digital and marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes content whether thats crafting scroll-stopping short-form videos capturing dynamic imagery writing witty captions or jumping on the latest TikTok trend in a way that still feels very us. Youll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up online capturing cultural moments in real-time and building meaningful authentic connections with our community.
The Day-to-Day:
- Createhigh-quality engaging and platform-specificcontent for TikTok Instagram YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Capture and editshort-form videos photos GIFs and motion graphicsoptimized for social media.
- Writecompelling captions headlines and copythat align with the brands tone and voice.
- Stay on top oftrends memes and viral content quickly adapting strategies to keep the brand relevant.
- Experiment with different creative formats and styles to increase audience engagement.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic whilepushing creative boundaries.
- Ensure all content isoptimized for each platformand follows best practices.
Is This You
- 2 years of experience in content creation social media or digital marketing
- BA Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Skills
- Experience withvideo production photography editing and motion graphicsis a plus.
- Open-minded problem solver with the ability to articulate creative concepts & creative solutions
- Strong understanding of design as a vehicle for communication
- Ability to achieve business objectives through design
- Ability to sell ideas via strong presentation skills collaboration and feedback
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Keynote and CapCut
- Experience with Figma preferred

Internal Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be employed with Taco Bell or Yum Brands for a total of 12 months
- Must have alerted your coach and HRBP of your interest in applying
- Must have received a Success rating or better on most recent performance review
- Must meet the minimum requirements of the role
- Must be in good standing in your current role (including performance improvement plan)

Salary Range: $77000 to $88000 annually bonus eligibility benefits
