You are a positive individual with a willingness to learn and a professional customer service attitude. Your excellent telephone and people skills enable you to handle direct and indirect communications with external customers sales production finance and management. You are organized detail
oriented and capable of multitasking and prioritizing workload effectively. Your proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel ensures you can manage customer orders inquiries invoicing and documentation accurately. With a high school education or equivalent you bring valuable customer service experience to the role making you a key player in our team.
