Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned HR Partner to support a dynamic workforce of approximately 300 employees in Mt. View CA. This role reports directly to the Sr. Human Resources Manager and works in close coordination to deliver high-impact HR solutions in recruitment organizational health and conflict resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of California employment law and hands-on experience managing leave of absence programs and workers compensation cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees in Mt. View CA providing day-to-day support and guidance.
  • Partner with the Sr. HR Manager to execute recruitment strategies and organizational health initiatives.
  • Manage leave of absence (LOA) processes including FMLA CFRA and other statutory and company leaves.
  • Oversee workers compensation claims and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide expert support in conflict resolution employee relations and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with California employment laws including meal and rest break regulations.
  • Utilize HR systems such as Workday and ADP Workforce Manager to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of progressive HR experience preferably in a multi-site or regional role.
  • Strong knowledge of California employment law LOA policies and workers compensation procedures.
  • Experience with Workday and ADP Workforce Manager is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.

Salary Range:

$96200.00-$128300.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including but not limited to location education/training work experience key skills and type of position.
