Job Summary:
- The Systems Business Analyst is a senior-level professional responsible for leading complex projects that involve the analysis of business processes and the development of technology solutions to meet organizational objectives.
- This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders providing strategic insights and ensuring that IT systems align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in a training role preferred. Lead and oversee complex training systems analysis initiatives ensuring optimal system outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with senior management and executive teams to align systems with organizational strategies aligned with training opportunities in the HVAC Industry.
- Conduct advanced system analysis including business process reengineering and data modeling.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging business systems trends technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Extensive field experience and application of the following methods and techniques desired: Air distribution refrigeration and electrical theory; total HVAC system application
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
