Job Description & Summary

Years of Experience: Candidates with 8 years of hands on experience
Required Skills:

  • Familiarity with the contact center architecture domain conversational design & implementation and industry-specific challenges

  • Understanding of conversational (chats emails and calls) data and its preprocessing (including feature engineering if required) to train Conversational AI systems.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize conversational AI systems.

  • Proficiency in using frameworks like Dialogflow Rasa Amazon Lex IBM Watson or Microsoft LUIS.

  • Understanding of language models and techniques for improving intent recognition and entity extraction

  • Understanding and experience on cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud Omilia Cloud Platform NICE Salesforce etc.) and their services for building Conversational AI solutions for clients

  • Expertise in Python or PySpark. R and JavaScript framework.

  • Experience with RESTful APIs webhooks and integrating chatbots with other systems (CRM databases etc.).

  • Understanding of serverless computing for building scalable and efficient conversational systems

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering conversational AI projects on time and within budget.

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.

  • Ability to stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in conversational AI technologies.

  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align conversational AI initiatives with business goals.

  • Excellent project management skills to prioritize tasks manage resources and ensure project success.

  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to conversational AI applications

  • Experience in the telecom industry or a similar field

  • Familiarity with customer service operations and CRM systems

  • Certifications in cloud solution architectures project management or related areas like AWS Solution Architect - Professional Google Cloud Architect - Professional

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with realtime streaming technologies network and data security implications and methods.

  • Understanding of NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB Cassandra DynamoDB) for handling unstructured and semi-structured data.
