JOB TITLE: QA/Testing Manager
JOB DUTIES: Build a Quality Assurance function within Investments IT across the platform. Leverage automated testing tools to support upgrades enhancements and control. Serve as a point of contact between the Users Business Analysts and Developers. Provide automation test leadership for mission critical business applications with multiple interfaces. Introduce and build automation tools and strategies. Provide expertise in scope definition effort estimating and sizing for automation testing. Work with the Investments IT team and business users to set standards and develop all testing-related documentation including test plans testcases/scripts and defect reports. Execute System/Integration/Functional tests and the documentation of tests results. Create and manage the defect logging/tracking/reporting process. Focus heavily on continuous integration and QA automation best practices. Manage upgrades for applications with application owners decommissioning of retiring systems and annual disaster recovery tests.
SALARY: $138100 per year
WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time 40 hours/week Mon Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or as QA Analyst Test Analyst Senior Associate or related. Full term of experience must include each of the following: Manual and automated software and data testing; Analyze software functionality; Work with IT infrastructure support teams; Automated software and data testing; HP Quality Center MS Excel User Interface testing SQL and Reporting Tools; Functional Testing Regression Testing Integration Testing and GUI Testing; Gathering requirements and proposing user acceptance testing solutions; and Test/QA Metrics Key Performance Indicators Agile Data Warehouse Projects.
