Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a HubSpot CRM Administrator to serve as the go-to expert for all things HubSpot. This role is responsible for managing maintaining and optimizing the CRM system to ensure data integrity improve system usage and support cross-functional teams. The HubSpot CRM Administrator will oversee workflows reporting automation and CRM best practices to drive adoption and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day administration and configuration of HubSpot CRM.

  • Manage user permissions team settings pipelines properties and integrations.

  • Design build and maintain scalable workflows sequences automation and lead scoring models.

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for Sales Marketing and Customer Success teams.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement CRM enhancements.

  • Train and support users across departments to ensure CRM adoption and efficiency.

  • Maintain data hygiene and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Troubleshoot issues manage tickets and coordinate with HubSpot support as needed.

  • Monitor system usage trends and suggest improvements or feature adoption.

Job requirements

  • 2 years of experience in customer operations sales operations contract administration or subscription management preferably in a SaaS or recurring revenue business.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency across CRM and reporting processes.

  • Proficiency in working with CRM and subscription tools such as HubSpot Salesforce Maxio Chargebee or Zuora.

  • Comfortable interpreting and tracking commercial contracts and billing terms.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • High level of ownership initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities.
