Job Description
Youll be the technical backbone supporting a thriving global membership platform that never sleeps. This role puts you at the center of ensuring seamless technical operations for thousands of members worldwide. Youll collaborate with an international team of professionals while having the autonomy to solve complex technical challenges and make a real impact on member satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
CRM Setup & Systems Integration
Lead the setup and implementation of the companys new CRM (HubSpot or equivalent).
Migrate existing data and integrate connected tools ( Cleck Data CMS Google Workspace etc.).
Configure and optimize workflows and automations for marketing customer support operations and memberships.
Ensure system reliability security proper documentation and long-term maintainability.
Internal Team Technical Support
Act as the first point of contact for internal tool access setup issues permissions and troubleshooting.
Manage onboarding for new hires ensuring all accounts and systems are properly configured.
Maintain the companys software directory subscription list and system access logs.
Collaborate closely with the IT team based in Spain and Copenhagen.
Member & Club Technical Support
Provide direct technical assistance to the Customer Assistance team supporting members worldwide.
Troubleshoot member-facing issues such as login errors missing listings rejected bookings or system glitches.
Coordinate fast resolutions and escalate recurring issues to the Head of Tech when necessary.
Document common issues and create internal troubleshooting guides to increase efficiency and consistency.
Global Technical Support Coverage
Support platform operations across multiple time zones (US Europe and Asia).
Ensure smooth platform performance for a 24/7 global membership community.
Work closely with customer service teams operating in international schedules.
Reporting Data & Workflow Optimization
Build and maintain dashboards and reports across CRM analytics and operational tools.
Ensure high data integrity and consistency across all systems.
Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose automation opportunities or technical improvements.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of technical support experience in SaaS CRM or membership-based environments.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with APIs CRM tools and SaaS integrations.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Ability to work reliably during European business hours (GMT/CET).
Experience supporting global platforms or multilingual membership systems is a strong advantage.
Organized proactive self-directed and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Strong collaborator capable of working with Tech Marketing Operations and Customer Support teams across time zones.
