Your contribution will be
- Preparing for audits by scheduling meetings collecting documents and setting up audit files
- Monitoring processes before and during audits as well as during implementation of post-audit and issue remediation plans to ensure follow-up and compliance
- Supporting audit reviews by gathering data from dashboards and tracking action points
- Ensuring dashboards are properly maintained and kept updated to reflect ongoing implementation progress and audit outcomes
- Providing guidance on compliance steps and guiding teams to follow internal rules
Your profile ideally illustrates
- Several years of experience in monitoring and evaluation preparation compliance coordination or process implementation
- Proven ability to support internal audits manage follow-up actions and ensure regulatory compliance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of guiding teams and sharing compliance knowledge
- Experience maintaining and updating dashboards or using tools to track audit implementation and progress
- Excellent English (written and spoken) - other languages are a plus
- University degree or equivalent
- Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
