The Signia by Hilton San Jose is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team!
If you have previous restaurant management experience of at least 1 year a strong beverage knowledge and a passion for food and beverage operations this may be the role for you! Fine dining and hotel experience is a plus! Our property is across the street from Plaza de Csar Chvez Park and within walking distance of the San Jose Convention Center Signia by Hilton San Jose offers a prime location in the capital of Silicon Valley.

Ideal candidate will possess:
At least one year of supervisory experience in a restaurant setting.
Two years of food and beverage experience.
Previous hotel experience is a plus!
The weekly salary for this position will be $2150.
A Food and Beverage Manager directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
