Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the companys portfolio of third-party applications including EDI transactions and associated recurring costs.
• Identify and document business requirements assess impact on existing processes and manage related business process changes.
• Lead implementation and training efforts for new solutions ensuring seamless adoption across teams.
• Ensure optimal performance of all business applications including Microsoft Office & Azure products EDI processes and third-party add-ons.
• Support and troubleshoot designated business hardware (e.g. computers tablets scan guns tag printers) to maintain operational efficiency.
• Coordinate all IT security processes and certifications (TISAX CMMC CUI) with corporate IT Security.
• Provide oversight for IT projects and budgets ensuring alignment with ROI expectations and strategic goals.
• Act as the primary liaison between the business and corporate functions for all third-party applications and EDI-related matters.
• Monitor emerging trends in manufacturing IT systems and collaborate with executive leadership to shape and drive the organizations IT strategy.

• Integrate Artificial Intelligence best practices into current business processes if applicable

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or Computer Engineering or 5 years of direct IT management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Azure platforms.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred.
• Strong analytical statistical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects through successful Go Live phases.
• Willingness to travel and support business operations across the CPG network.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL database management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI Power Apps).
• Knowledge of IT and Agile project management methodologies.
• Prior experience managing an IT team.
