About the role
This role provides support to the Clinical Panel. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the Clinical Advisors scheduling and bookings task allocation along with providing responsive administrative support to Clinical Advisors day-to-day corresponding with claims and managing the Clinical Panel inbox.
About the Team
The Clinical Panel sits within the Provider Performance Commercial & Service Innovation branch which is within the Provider Markets & Commercial Group Clients Division. You will join a small but vibrant team and will be supported by a Senior Clinical Panel Coordinator and Administration Officer. The team boasts a stimulating inclusive and rewarding culture.
What were looking for
Previous administrative experience in a fast paced environment
High level diary management responding to or escalating incoming emails appropriately and processing of invoices.
Highly organised ability to self-manage and takes initiative
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise work meet deadlines and set service expectations
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Basic medical knowledge and terminology (highly desirable).
