The PSAR Governance team are responsible for upholding and continuously enhancingthe PSAR Governance Framework ensuring regulatory compliance effective risk management and positive customer outcomes.

This role supports the delivery and maintenance of the digital tool and platforms central to PSAR governance drives insightful reporting and champions continuous improvement and innovation. The role requires rigorous quality control diligent tracking stakeholder engagement and a commitment to data-driven decision-making to support robust governance and enhance overall performance.

The Difference Youll Make:

In this role you will be instrumental in safeguarding the integrity and effectiveness of our PSAR processes. Your contributions will directly impact:

  • Governance Oversight: Ensuring the PSAR Governance Framework is robust compliant and effectively embedded across the bank through comprehensive oversight quality control and diligent tracking.

  • Tool Management: Maintaining and enhancing the PSAR Digital Tool SharePoint and EUCs to facilitate efficient governance self-service reporting and regulatory compliance.

  • Insightful Reporting: Delivering timely accurate and insightful reporting to enable data-driven decisions monitor initiative progress and support effective action management.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for innovation analysing trends and implementing enhancements that improve governance outcomes and user experience.

What Youll Bring:

  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyse complex data deliver high-quality MI and extract actionable insights to support decision-making.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including VBA) Power BI and data analysis tools with experience managing SharePoint and EUCs.

  • Governance & Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of governance frameworks regulatory compliance and risk management principles within financial services or regulated environments.

  • Process Management: Experience coordinating governance processes including control checks issue resolution and stakeholder communications.

  • Communication & Reporting: Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to present complex information clearly and prepare insightful reports and training materials.

  • Attention to Detail: Excellent organisational skills meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables.

It Would Also Be Nice for You to Have:

  • A desire to learn adapt and proactively identify opportunities for process efficiencies simplification and innovation within governance assurance and risk management.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment even under pressure.

  • Practical experience with process automation workflow optimisation or advanced data visualisation techniques.

What Else You Need to Know:

  • This role is based in Milton Keynes. We would also consider Bradford Belfast and Glasgow.

To support this we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).
