Position: Direct Support Professional (DSP) Weekend Support Lead
At Robin Hill Farm our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are at the heart of what we dodelivering compassionate individualized care to clients in the comfort of their homes. We believe in hiring people who are not only responsible and dependable but who want to feel good about the work they do every day.
Who Were Looking For:
Were seeking a weekend support leadsomeone whos organized proactive and passionate about helping this key role you will:
Monitor and support program scheduling
Ensure staff-to-resident ratios are met
Maintain the continuum of care for residents from Friday to Sunday
Serve as the first point of contact for staffing and program concerns
Coordinate with management and administration as needed

Schedule:
Friday: 3:00 PM 10:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM 10:00 PM
Responsibilities
What you will do:
. Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include but not limited to the following:
- Meal preparation
- Housekeeping
- Companionship
- Personal hygiene care
- Transportation assistance
- Other light duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- No prior experience necessary. Orientation and training provided
- Eighteen years of age or older with valid drivers license
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Accountable reliable and ability to work independently with good judgement
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
Physical Requirements:
