What will you do
Handle inbound customer support in Dutch via phone chat and email
Assist with pre-sales general inquiries and technical issues
Address customer escalations and document case information accurately
Collaborate with technicians to resolve or close support tickets
Maintain internal ticketing systems in English
Promote customer satisfaction and uphold brand reputation
Candidate profile
Native-level Dutch (C2) and good English skills
Technical troubleshooting experience is a plus
Strong communication skills with ability to simplify technical topics
PC literacy Google Docs and Google Sheets proficiency
Familiarity with wireless troubleshooting
Patient discreet and up-to-date with IT trends
Self-motivated proactive and a team player
Must have an EU passport or valid residence permit
