What will you do

  • Handle inbound customer support in Dutch via phone chat and email

  • Assist with pre-sales general inquiries and technical issues

  • Address customer escalations and document case information accurately

  • Collaborate with technicians to resolve or close support tickets

  • Maintain internal ticketing systems in English

  • Promote customer satisfaction and uphold brand reputation

Candidate profile

  • Native-level Dutch (C2) and good English skills

  • Technical troubleshooting experience is a plus

  • Strong communication skills with ability to simplify technical topics

  • PC literacy Google Docs and Google Sheets proficiency

  • Familiarity with wireless troubleshooting

  • Patient discreet and up-to-date with IT trends

  • Self-motivated proactive and a team player

  • Must have an EU passport or valid residence permit
