Your Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing evaluating and managing German-language online material to ensure absolute compliance with internal guidelines and external laws.
- Verifying that all moderated content adheres to high standards of accuracy quality and regulatory conformity.
- Identifying documenting and quickly escalating any inconsistencies emerging trends or potential legal vulnerabilities.
- Maintaining comprehensive up-to-date knowledge of all client-specific policies and rules.
- Working collaboratively across departments to refine moderation processes and provide valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
- Handling escalated or complex issues with professionalism and careful judgment ensuring thorough record-keeping and appropriate resolution.

Essential Candidate Profile
- Bilingual Proficiency: You must be proficient (minimum B2 level) in both written and spoken German and English.
- Demonstrated strong analytical capability and a meticulous dedication to detail.
- The ability to manage your workload efficiently and effectively in a high-volume dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and proven problem-solving skills.
- Comfort using and navigating digital platforms web tools and content management systems.
- While prior professional experience in fields like content operations compliance or moderation is a bonus it is not compulsorywe provide full specialized training.
- Must hold legal eligibility to work in Portugal or be willing to relocate to Lisbon (relocation assistance is offered for eligible candidates moving from outside the local area).
