Position Summary

The Service Technician provides installation maintenance and repair services for Culligan water treatment equipment. Youll work directly with customers to diagnose issues perform maintenance and ensure their systems run at peak performance. We provide hands-on training a supportive team environment and all the tools you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to repair water treatment systems efficiently and effectively

• Install upgrade and maintain residential and commercial Culligan equipment

• Complete all service documentation accurately and promptly

• Maintain company vehicle tools and equipment in excellent condition

• Assist with deliveries product installation and other field support as needed

• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers to ensure a positive experience

• Follow all company safety guidelines and Culligan service standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required

• Mechanical aptitude or technical experience preferred

• Plumbing electrical or HVAC experience is a plus

• Clean driving record (must be insurable)

• Ability to pass background check drug screening and WorkSTEPS assessment

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Self-motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic

• Willingness to learn well train the right person!
