Position Summary

Angelo Water Service the local Culligan Water dealership serving the Concho Valley is seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Service Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for the installation service maintenance and repair of Culligan and non-Culligan water treatment systems in residential and commercial settings.

Our technicians play a key role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service and reliable high-quality water solutions. We are willing to train the right individual who shows initiative integrity and a desire to learn a skilled trade.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to repair water treatment equipment efficiently

• Install maintain and upgrade residential and commercial systems

• Complete all paperwork accurately thoroughly and on time

• Assist team members with delivery or installation work as needed

• Maintain company vehicles tools and equipment in safe working condition

• Communicate professionally and positively with customers and coworkers

• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company with integrity

• Follow all safety guidelines company procedures and Culligan service standards

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

• Technical or mechanical experience required

• Plumbing experience preferred (but not required)

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance

• Clean driving record (must be insurable)

• Ability to pass:

  • Background check

  • Drug screening

  • WorkSTEPS physical assessment

• Strong communication skills reliability and attention to detail
