Position Highlights

Title: Site HSE Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time Direct Hire

Background Requirements

Bachelors degree in Industrial Safety or an Engineering discipline required.
810 years experience in chemical manufacturing or similar high-compliance industries.
Knowledge of OSHA EPA Homeland Security regulations for chemical facilities.
Proven leadership in implementing HSES programs.
Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma experience preferred.

Job Responsibilities

Lead all Health Safety Environmental and Security initiatives for the site.
Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations.
Oversee RCMS activities related to safety and environmental standards.
Develop and deliver safety and environmental training programs.
Manage process safety programs and conduct audits for compliance.
Support continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing principles.
