Customer Service Representative Italian Speaker
Location: Lisbon Portugal (on-site)
Start date: October 9th 2025
Language: Italian (C1) and English (B1)
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our on-site this role you will handle customer inquiries provide accurate information and deliver high-quality assistance with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday (including bank holidays) 07:30 20:00 (rotational shifts)

Weekends off
Profile Requirements:

Italian (C1) and English (B1)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented mindset with ability to multitask

Flexibility to work rotational shifts
What We Offer:

Competitive salary: 1000 euros (x14 months)

Performance bonus: 100 euros (x11 months)

Daily meal allowance of 763 euros

Monthly transport allowance of 20 euros

Estimated total monthly compensation: 1214 euros

This includes the monthly portion of the 14-month salary the performance bonus daily meal allowance (calculated for 22 working days) and transport allowance.
