Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team supporting a Spanish this role you will assist customers with inquiries provide accurate information and deliver high-quality support with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Working Schedule:
Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 21:00 (8 hour shifts)
2 rotating days off per week
Profile Requirements:
Native or fluent Spanish (C1) and English (B2)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset with ability to multitask
Flexibility to work rotating schedules including weekends
What We Offer:
Competitive salary: 870 euros (x14 months)
Performance bonus: 80 euros (x11 months)
Daily meal allowance of 763 euros
Monthly transport allowance of 20 euros
Estimated total monthly compensation: 1061 euros
This includes the monthly portion of the 14-month salary the performance bonus daily meal allowance (calculated for 22 working days) and transport allowance.
