Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team as a vital member. This position entails the installation maintenance and repair of heating ventilation and air conditioning systems specifically within residential environments. Job Duties:
- Execute the installation inspection maintenance and repair of HVAC systems ensuring that all components function optimally and meet industry standards. This includes diagnosing and troubleshooting any issues that arise with heating and cooling units employing a systematic approach to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct routine maintenance activities which encompass cleaning and replacing filters as well as testing HVAC systems to verify their operational efficiency and effectiveness. This proactive maintenance helps to extend the lifespan of the equipment and enhances overall system performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement upgrades to existing HVAC systems following detailed schematics and blueprints to guarantee precise installation and repair. Additionally provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns while meticulously documenting all work performed and parts utilized for future reference.
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience as an HVAC Technician or in a related position.
- In-depth understanding of HVAC/R systems and their components.
- Knowledgeable in field service operations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively.
