Job Summary
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery in Pinner London. We are seeking a highly motivated Nursery Manager to lead the nursery ensuring high-quality care and early years education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily nursery operations and staff management
- Ensure compliance with EYFS safeguarding and health & safety regulations
- Lead curriculum planning and delivery across all age groups
- Mentor and develop nursery staff to maintain high standards
- Build strong relationships with parents children and the wider community
Requirements:
- Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification
- Proven nursery management or leadership experience
- Strong understanding of EYFS and regulatory standards
- Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills
