12 month position
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent. College credit or degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of five years of verifiable/related work experience.
Skills: Proficient in use of educational technology and computer applications; excellent written and oral communication ability; strong knowledge of state federal and local educational rules regulations policies and laws pertaining to area of responsibility; expertise in the Oklahoma State Department of Educations policies and procedures. Must possess valid Oklahoma Drivers license and a personal vehicle.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read analyze and interpret school records and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from enrollment customers regulatory agencies or school districts. Ability to effectively present information to district management public groups and/or boards of education.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to apply intermediate mathematical concepts.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written and oral instructions. Ability to define problems collect data establishes facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions.
OTHER SKILLS/EXPECTATIONS: Develops cooperative and functional relationships with district staff and the public; maintains consistent and punctual attendance; insures job responsibilities are met competently and within established deadlines.
