Job Summary
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery in Pinner London. We are seeking an experienced Room Leader for the Under 2s room to lead a team and deliver high-quality care in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Under 2s room and staff
- Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to each childs development
- Maintain learning journals and monitor progress
- Build positive relationships with children parents and colleagues
Requirements:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum)
- Proven leadership experience in a nursery
- Strong knowledge of EYFS
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
