Job Summary
As an housekeeper you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service & build relationships with regular and new guests. Developing excellent product knowledge to make menu and drink recommendations that delight our customers
The responsibility.
Clean guest rooms and public areas to high standards
Change bed linens replenish toiletries and ensure rooms are well presented
Report any maintenance issues
Adhere to health & safety
Work efficiently both independently & as part of a team
Qualifications :
Previous experience preferred but not essential
A positive attitude & strong work ethic
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Additional Information
This is a casual hours position involving shifts across the operational hours of the department (08:00 15:00 including weekends & bank holidays)
This role has no guaranteed hours of work hours of work can therefore vary from week to week and as a result there may be weeks when no hours of work are offered.
