What You ll Do
As a Territory Manager you will be responsible for managing a book of business and growing sales within your assigned territory. This includes fostering strong relationships with current customers identifying new business opportunities and driving the success of WSC s products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Execute personal and company-driven sales initiatives
- Conduct regular visits to customer locations to maintain relationships and uncover new opportunities
- Develop and manage customer programs from planning through execution
- Promote new and existing product lines positioning WSC as a trusted solutions provider
- Identify and solicit new business within the territory
- Encourage and support customer engagement with digital platforms (Storefront/Configurator)
- Lead dealer presentations and educational sessions
- Attend industry events trade shows and customer functions as required
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Accurately maintain CRM data and complete timely sales reports
- Uphold all company safety standards and complete safety observations regularly
What You Bring
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; college degree or 3 5 years of sales experience preferred
- Strong understanding of residential construction is a plus
- Excellent presentation verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet sales goals
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM or sales reporting software a plus
- Organized self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively
- Must have a reliable internet connection in home office
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Valid driver s license and an acceptable driving record per company insurance requirements
- Ability to sit for long periods while traveling
