In our Global Product Group Grid and Power Quality Solutions and Service we are constantly evolving and improving our offerings and solutions to be able to offer our customers the full benefit of our technology and innovation within highly effective Business Models that would support our Global customers achieve their energy needs while improving efficiency saving resources and reducing emissions.

Working within the Grid and Power Quality Solutions and Service(GPQSS) Product Group you will be responsible to drive innovation and growth across our At the Edge portfolio beyond todays focus areas. The function would be well support the deployment of new/advanced business models and offerings. This would be achieved by driving Business Development in the Global Markets increasing our System and Solutions Marketing activities and Business Intelligence in order to have early Market Penetration and Strong Collaboration with customer to secure this Growth at the Core and the Edge of our Business.


How youll make an impact:

  • Solution Positioning & Messaging: Define and articulate the value of integrated grid power quality and edge solutions to key customer segments including utilities renewables industries and infrastructure.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans in close collaboration with business development product management and regional Hub teams.
  • Customer-Centric Storytelling: Translate technical capabilities and success cases into compelling outcome-based narratives that address customer challenges such as grid instability renewable integration and digital transformation.
  • Business Development Enablement: Create and maintain solution briefs customer presentations customer engagement tracking tools and training content to support business development application engineering and sales teams globally.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Gather information on market trends regulatory drivers and competitor strategies to inform solution development and positioning.
  • Event coordination: Support the Business Development team for approved event to coordinate participation customer meetings and engagement while aligning with Grid Integration internal stakeholders.
  • Internal and External Positioning: Drive the promotion of Solutions Marketing of Business Development internally via the various communication platforms as well as externally to increase coverage and reach.

Your background:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Marketing or Business (MBA is a plus).
  • 5 years of experience in solution marketing business development or technical marketing in the energy utilities or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of grid technologies power quality systems and edge computing in energy applications.
  • Proven ability to develop customer-centric messaging and go-to-market strategies for complex integrated solutions.
  • Experience working in a global matrixed organization.
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
