Responsible for LDC SAP S/4 solution design in the Order-to-Invoice process area of our Make to Order materials e.g. Kymriah and YTB323
Requirements
Language: English mandatory additional languages preferred.
Good knowledge of SAP order management distribution and invoicing and how SAP is integrated to hospital front-end systems e.g. CellChainPRO.
Time zone: Europe preferred so that the role can cover also LaCan and AsiaPac.
Required Skills:
Experience Ideally Master s degree PhD or M.D. preferred 3-5 years experience in a pharma business in different ecosystems Experience developing and executing commercial learning launch plans end to end Experience of working in International Markets is hugely beneficial. Being able to navigate the cultural differences and operating practices in the West verses the East. String understanding cross functional working and building out plans to support provide foresight and future proof our business. Extensive knowledge of the relevant therapeutic areas scientific and economic value of the assets diseases Knowledge of educational design theoretical frameworks for learning planning and adult learning principles Awareness of robust learning needs assessment and learning outcomes evaluation practices Strong facilitation skills Ability to synthesize and apply specialized knowledge of available medical and access resources Special attention to: Thorough understanding of the regulatory and compliance guidelines relevant to the pharmaceutical industry Exceptional project management skills/organizational skills including demonstrated ability to effectively manage mixed resources and multiple projects of various diverse scopes Comfortable working in an agile and patient value driven environment Strong working knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel) SharePoint and relevant software solution Self-motivated proactive problem solver; excellent analytical problem solving and interpersonal skills Project Management certification is preferred but not mandatory COMPETENCIES From noise to signal Anticipates opportunities challenges the status quo and creates new value for the business and customers Understands the impact of own actions on other areas of the business; Looks for synergies inside and outside the organization to create value for patients.
