As a member of our Global Sales HQ Department you will perform a wide range of tasks aimed at growing the business by providing best-in-class service to the Banks existing clients as well as supporting sales missions to acquire new ones.

Role Description:
- Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and business partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Actively acquire new clients via phone email and in-person meetings
- Support the LATAM Desk with onboarding new clients
- Manage initial contact and continuous follow-up with prospects in coordination with the LATAM/Spanish team
- Be available to travel to meet business partners and VIP clients when necessary
- Provide comprehensive support to all Business Development team members and the Head of Desk to ensure high service levels and achievement of team targets
- Review account forms to ensure data accuracy and completeness for account openings
- Conduct customer due diligence and perform client identification via video conference
- Coordinate with other departments (Legal & Compliance Client Register Central Data Payments) to ensure smooth account opening and funding processes
- Report directly to the Head of the Team.
Qualifications :
- Native Spanish speaker fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Economics or Finance is a plus
- Existing portfolio of clients Introducing Brokers or EAMs in Forex CFDs Cryptocurrencies or Trading (a plus)
- Strong knowledge of the LATAM market
- Understanding of leverage products CFDs and Forex
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- An ambitious self-starter eager to meet and exceed targets
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment in a growing bank
- An open-minded team-oriented spirit.
