Job Summary

As a member of our Global Sales HQ Department you will perform a wide range of tasks aimed at growing the business by providing best-in-class service to the Banks existing clients as well as supporting sales missions to acquire new ones.

Role Description:

  • Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and business partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Actively acquire new clients via phone email and in-person meetings
  • Support the LATAM Desk with onboarding new clients
  • Manage initial contact and continuous follow-up with prospects in coordination with the LATAM/Spanish team
  • Be available to travel to meet business partners and VIP clients when necessary
  • Provide comprehensive support to all Business Development team members and the Head of Desk to ensure high service levels and achievement of team targets
  • Review account forms to ensure data accuracy and completeness for account openings
  • Conduct customer due diligence and perform client identification via video conference
  • Coordinate with other departments (Legal & Compliance Client Register Central Data Payments) to ensure smooth account opening and funding processes
  • Report directly to the Head of the Team.

Qualifications :

  • Native Spanish speaker fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Economics or Finance is  a plus
  • Existing portfolio of clients Introducing Brokers or EAMs in Forex CFDs Cryptocurrencies or Trading (a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of the LATAM market
  • Understanding of leverage products CFDs and Forex
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • An ambitious self-starter eager to meet and exceed targets
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment in a growing bank
  • An open-minded team-oriented spirit.
