The Parts Sales Representative will be responsible for Outbound Sales Calls and Lead Generation to expand the Parts Distribution Division while also managing Inbound inquires and supporting existing part of a GROWING manufacturer of industrial equipment that supports the construction mining municipal and agricultural sectors across North America and beyond.
Background Profile:
- High School Diploma required
- 2 or more years of B2B Sales experience
- Proven track record in Outbound Phone-based Sales Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
- You are Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented with strong follow-up & follow-through to manage & convert leads into sales
- You are an Exceptional Communicator both verbally & in writing with success in Negotiation/Influencing others & delivering best-in-class customer service
- You would describe yourself as Highly Organized enjoys planning projects with great attention-to-detail & technical problem-solving skills
- Experience in Industrial Equipment Heavy Machinery/OEM Parts A Plus
- Proficient with MS Office & ERP/CRM systems
- Bilingual Spanish A Plus
- Must be a Permanent Resident (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered)
