Job Title: Multi Skilled Tradesperson

Responsible to: Buildings Manager/Maintenance Manager/Project Manager

Location: Raby Estate

Hours: 39 hours per week as per contract

Salary: Competitive depending on experience

The Opportunity

Were embarking on a major property refurbishment programme and are looking for a Multi Skilled Tradesperson to join our dedicated Buildings Team. This is a hands-on role focused on the restoration and maintenance of our residential properties and farmhouses.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out first and second fix joinery to high standards
- Fit kitchens bathrooms windows doors skirting architraves and roofing
- Work collaboratively with other trades across the Estate
- Maintain a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail

Tools:


- Own hand tools required
- Portable power tools provided

Requirements:


- Valid UK driving licence
- Minimum 5 years construction experience preferred
- NVQ Level 2 or above (desirable but not essential)
- Experience with traditional properties is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate will undertake all aspects of first and second fix joinery work to the highest standards. Tasks will include kitchen fitting bathroom fitting installation of windows and doors studwork and boarding skirting and architrave fitting roofing works etc. working with and support the other trades across the Estate as required.

You will need to provide your own hand tools but portable power tools will be provided.

Must have a valid driving licence.
