Senior Litigation Associate Attorney
Practice Area: Commercial Litigation
Location: Las Vegas NV - Onsite
Salary: $200000 - $260000
Schedule: 1850 minimum billable requirement 3/2 hybrid schedule
Our client seeks a dynamic and seasoned Litigation Attorney to join their esteemed Las Vegas-based litigation practice. This role involves independently managing a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling all phases of discovery including complex electronic discovery and will possess significant experience in drafting and arguing a wide range of legal documents such as pleadings motions memoranda of law and appellate briefs.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school with preferably some demonstrated academic achievement or extracurriculars.
- 7-10 years of experience in general commercial litigation preferably with some trial experience or in mediations and arbitrations.
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada or having recently taken the bar or willing to take the bar in order to get obtain admission.
Preferred Skills:
- Exceptional research and writing skills demonstrated by law school publications live work product or opinon articles.
- Prior experience in a federal clerkship or as a judicial law clerk.
- A collaborative mindset and highly motivated work ethic.
- Experience in a large law firm setting.
