Reports to the Manager of Compensation & Analytics. Responsible for continuous collection and review of market competitive compensation data and practices. Develop documentation for compensation processes and procedures. Creates and updates job descriptions. Provides market research for recommendations as to job pricing. Responsible for the performance and goal appraisal process including both annual and mid-year appraisals. Assists with Annual and Market increase process. Extract data from system for reporting and analysis. Maintains HR system compensation structure and tracking including salary with regular audits.
