The Opportunity
Were looking for a Roofing Project Manager Assistant to be the driving force behind our project this role youll work side by side with our project managers keeping schedules tight crews organized and clients informed. From coordinating materials to visiting job sites and ensuring quality control youll play a critical role in making sure every project is completed on time on budget and with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and drive roofing projects from scheduling to successful completion.
- Oversee material management including procurement delivery tracking returns and inventory accuracy.
- Keep detailed project records by uploading photos invoices and progress updates in AccuLynx.
- Perform daily site visits to ensure quality workmanship enforce safety standards and resolve on-site challenges.
- Act as the key link between clients field crews and office staff to ensure seamless communication and project flow.
- Step in with hands-on support when necessary including material handling (up to 100 lbs) and site cleanup.
Requirements
- 1 year in construction coordination or project support (roofing experience a plus)
- Tech-savvy with tools like AccuLynx Excel or project software
- Organized multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Proven experience managingfield crews subcontractors and multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solver who adapts to changes on the fly
- Bilingual in Spanish and English(required) to effectively lead diverse crews and communicate with clients
