Job Summary
Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply standard Project Management (PM) methodologies to manage end-to-end project delivery.
- Handle resource planning allocation and coordination across teams.
- Identify project risks dependencies and issues and escalate appropriately.
- Use hands-on experience with Salesforce and Workday to guide project decisions and align with business needs.
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Workday Financial and Business modules including key functional areas.
- Collaborate effectively with Workday Professional Services teams during implementation and post-production phases.
- Communicate in Workday language - able to understand configurations business processes integrations and Workday operations at a functional level.
- Lead UAT orchestration by coordinating test planning execution and readiness activities as the project approaches go-live.
Required Skills:
- 7 12 years of IT experience with at least 3 years as a Technical Project Manager.
- Hands-on experience managing Salesforce Workday integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud Service Cloud etc.).
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM Recruiting Compensation or related modules.
- Experience working with APIs middleware tools and integration platforms.
- Solid knowledge of SDLC Agile/Scrum and project governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and documentation skills
