Voyago is hiring a 310T Licensed Bus Mechanic/Lead Hand for our shop located in Sudbury ON! We also offer a relocation allowance!

Your Role
- You will work hands-on while supervising daily shop operations.
- You will mentor and support mechanics apprentices and shop staff.
- You are responsible for evaluating and ensuring vehicle safety through preventative maintenance as required and all in compliance with all Ministry of Transportation (MTO) and Voyagos guidelines.
- You will perform and oversee diagnostics preventative maintenance and repairs.
- You will maintain shop workflow efficiency and cleanliness.
- You will complete required reports as directed (i.e. sign-off on driver-initiated repair logs and logbooks and PM service logs by division).
- Support the Fleet Manager in scheduling reporting and compliance.
Requirements
Your Profile
- You are a fully licensed 310T or Dual 310S/310T Mechanic in good standing with proven leadership experience.
- You have ODP certification with A/C experience.
- You have experience and working knowledge of light-duty diesel repair as well as gasoline.
- You have superior written and verbal communication skills and sound organizational competencies.
- You demonstrated leadership problem-solving and team-building skills.
- You have excellent proven customer service experience.
- You have a valid G-class driving licence.
- You possess a clean driving record.
- You have a clean Criminal Record.
