Position: Assembler I - Bus Misc
Location: Buffalo Grove IL 60089
Duration: 9 Months
Job Type: Temporary Assignment
Work Type: Onsite
Shift: M-F(07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Lunch: Flexible - Flexible)

Assembles parts of various materials such as plastic metal rubber to produce small products such as roller brackets voice annunciators or subassemblies by performing the following duties.

Perform testing activities follow simple procedures report any unexpected behavior.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Positions parts in specified relationship to each other.
-
Bolts screws clips cements or otherwise fastens parts together.
-
Works at bench as member of assembly group assembling one or two specific parts and passing unit to another worker.

Loads and unloads previously setup machines such as arbor presses drill presses taps spot-welding machines riveting machines milling machines or broaches to perform fastening force fitting or light metal cutting operation on assembly line.

Works at different workstations as production needs require or shifts from one station to another to reduce fatigue factor.

Run testing procedure on machinery equipment. Follow procedures report testing results to test supervisor. Test includes repetitive motions.

The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger handle or feel and stoop kneel crouch or crawl.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently exposed to extreme cold (non-weather) and extreme heat (non-weather).

The employee is occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather) and work near moving mechanical parts.
