Job Summary

REQUIREMENT:

Business Analyst 3 - Digital Transformation BPR & MITA Health Systems

Austin Texas (Hybrid)---Locals Only

Need Overall 15Years of experience

3 References from the recent projects are must.

Minimum Qualifications:

12 years of experience in Business Architecture or similar strategic roles.
12 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation and business process reengineering (BPR) projects.
12 years of experience with MITA (Medicaid Information Technology Architecture) including practical application in complex system with MITA State Self-Assessments (SS-A) is highly desirable.
10 years of experience in business modeling using BPMN UML ArchiMate and enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF.
10 years of experience in analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
10 years of experience in communication presentation negotiation and facilitation with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8 years of experience in requirements gathering documentation and bridging business and IT.
8 years of experience with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration IT Computer Science or related field (Masters preferred).
8 years of experience working successfully with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize business processes.

Preferred:

12 years of hands-on experience with Health and Human Services (HHS) integrated eligibility systems such as Medicaid SNAP TANF and CHIP.
10 years of experience working in government or public sector environments.
10 years of experience with relevant certifications such as CBAP TOGAF BPMN Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt).
10 years of experience with Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
10 years of experience in analyzing redesigning and optimizing complex business processes to improve efficiency and service quality.

Specific Skills:

Business Process Reengineering (BPR) analysis and optimization
Digital transformation initiatives (planning & execution)
Business modeling: BPMN UML ArchiMate TOGAF
Requirements gathering documentation and stakeholder engagement
