Job Description

The Sales head will be responsible for driving business growth in the hospitality sectorcovering hotels resorts and restaurants. This role focuses on developing new business nurturing strong client relationships and delivering customized furniture solutions for high-value projects.
Role Type:Individual Contributor with strong organizational support.
Work Hybrid Mode


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the hospitality segment.
  • Identify approach and secure new business opportunities with hotels resorts and restaurants.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers including hotel owners restaurant chains purchase managers and project consultants.
  • Collaborate with architects interior designers and hospitality consultants for upcoming projects.
  • Conduct client meetings presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare proposals negotiate contracts and close deals independently.
  • Track competitor activities and provide market insights to the management team.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and post-sales support.
  • Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of customized solutions.
Candidate Profile :
  • Graduate / MBA preferred with 712 years of experience in B2B salesin furniture furnishings interiors building materials or hospitality solutions.
  • Strong business development background in the hospitality sector (hotels resorts restaurants).
  • Proven ability to drive sales independently as an individual contributor.
  • Strong network with hospitality procurement teams consultants and architects.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven target-oriented and comfortable with long sales cycles.
